oasisのシングル『Live Forever』に収録されているB面。また、1stアルバム『Definitely Maybe』の日本盤CDにもボーナストラックとして収録。人生の不条理、突然襲いかかるトラブル、あるいは自分の力ではどうにもできない時代の変化や世間の騒がしさを「天気 (雨や風)」に例えて歌った曲。オアシス時代は1993年～1994年のたった3回しかライブで演奏されなかった。しかし、2024年のリアムによる『Definitely Maybe 再現ツアー』により、30年ぶりにライブで演奏された。
